Grilling is a form of cooking that involves direct heat. In this class we will get down to one of the most basic and primitive cooking methods; meat directly over the heat. We will apply age old techniques to the modern gas grill. Big beefy steaks, and an assortment of vegetables (corn on the cob, grilled potatoes…); a feast from the fire!

Let's grill some seafood, seasonal and fresh. This class will deal with techniques for the perfect grilled seafood. Before you grill the seafood you will need to acquire the freshest seafood. We will cover buying, handling, grilling and of course enjoying fresh seafood. We will only use the finest seasonal seafood delivered direct overnight. Premium class fee: $55 per person or $100 for two.
